The WCT Advisory corporate finance team works with clients throughout Australia, whether buyers, sellers, investors or lenders, throughout a transaction or investment timeline.

WCT Advisory offer value-added due diligence in partnership with either an organisation’s current or our own consultants, on quality of earnings, working capital requirements, risks, high level synergy analysis and examination of projections and cash flow forecasts. We can also assist our seller side clients improve value and probability of a sale by conducting similar due diligence, managing the due diligence process and assisting with negotiations.

WCT Advisory advise lenders and investors on all facets of a lending/investment decision-making process including reviewing and sensitising cash flow projections, reviewing and reporting on due diligence material and risk, analysing collateral/security and assisting, if necessary, on alternative funding options.

The WCT team has expertise and experience in the following services:
