He specialises in reviewing and restructuring distressed businesses across a broad range of industries. Whether developing a business rescue plan with Directors or assisting lenders understand their exposure to a borrower, Cameron applies an inquisitive mindset to identify business risks and opportunities. Cameron acted as Liquidator in one of Australia's largest residential builder failures (The Porter Davis Group) as well as numerous SME and Mid-Market residential and commercial building Companies. He assists construction businesses of all sizes (ranging in turnover under $1m to turnover well over $1b) optimise their structures to best manage risk and has assisted government agencies explore options for regulatory reform. He has also provided expert opinion reports on matters where insolvency may be influential.
